Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges are now accepted within 7 days of receiving the items.

If there's something wrong with the items received, customers are requested to bring it to our notice within 24-48 hrs of receiving the item. A window of 7 days will be provided to return the items in person (for no charge) or via return shipping label ( $15 CAD) to be paid by the customer.
